Shipping and Returns
When will my order ship?
  All of TreeMasters' products are handmade to order in our factory in Newton, North Carolina.  Our average lead time is 4-5 weeks.  We are happy to accommadate "rush" orders whenever possible.  A 15% upcharge of the order may apply if the order is requiested in less than our normal lead time.
How much is my shipping?
  TreeMasters' orders ship by common carrier. Extra charges will incur for the following: residential delivery, lift gates (necessary when no dock(s) are available), delivery calls, inside delivery and redelivery. Dropship fees may apply. Freight percentages apply to the total amount of orders before any discounts are taken.

What is your return policy?
  While our goal is 100% satisfaction, we realize that on occasion a return may be necessary.  All returns require written consent and shipping instructions from TreeMasters, Inc.  Returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge.  Please notify our customer service department within five days of receipt of order.  Freight must be prepaid by customer on all returns.  All items must be returned in original box/packaging and received back in same condition as shipped for credit.  Special orders or custom items are non-returnable.
How do I file a claim?
  Please inspect your shipment upon receipt. Any cartons that appear to be damaged in any way should be opened and carefully inspected immediately. Shortages and/or damages are required to be notated on the carrier's delivery ticket. Claims should be reported within 5 days.
