How do I return an item?
While our goal is 100% satisfaction, we realize that on occasion a return may be necessary. All returns require written consent and shipping instructions from TreeMasters, Inc. Returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge. Please notify our customer service department within five days of receipt of order. Freight must be prepaid by customer on all returns. All returns must be returned in original box/packaging and received back in same condition as shipped for credit. Special orders or custom items are non-returnable.
